Make a declaration!
If you look deep down inside, what does your dream life look like?
Where are you living, vacationing, who are your friends, what does your career look like, your family, what kind of car are you driving, how much money do you have in the bank, who are you spending your life with?
Have you ever thought about this question- have you ever put pencil to paper and created a visual map for the life you want to lead?
Many people think that you can only achieve your money goals with big sweeping changes- life altering moves that are riddled with fear. Just say No To Fear! On top of that, society tells you that you need a LOT of money to live a happy life.
I can testify to this stumbling block, honestly. I’ve struggled with that notion for so many years.
- It kept me in a relationship that I shouldn’t have been in.
- It held me back from making certain career decisions.
- More than that, it kept my chained to the lie- a belief that other people wouldn’t like me unless I had a lot of money.
So silly, I know.
Don’t Believe The Lies!
Have you ever created a false truth about your financial situation? Something that you know is not true, but you find yourself idealizing it? You have the power to stop that- to get out of where you are at and fast forward to a place you want to be!
I’m going to let the cat out of the bag and tell you the secret to success in all areas of your life: small shifts make big changes! It’s simply that easy
- You can buy your first house
- You can spend Christmas in Paris
- You can start your own business
- You can create a healthy relationship with your partner and your money
- You can create a legacy with an organization you love
- You can move over seas

Can I get an Amen to that! You have to try something new. You have to be willing to say, “Hey, this doesn’t work, let me try a different way.”
You are thinking, right, crazy lady.
HOW do I do those things?
Small money shifts=big money changes and I know personally that is so very true!
Visualizing and creating aspirations is 99% of the battle. The rest requires an open mind and a no fear approach to building a money plan that will work to achieve YOUR goals.
ACTION STEP: Let’s pause and take a minute to visualize what we want our life to be like. I want you to draw a picture with paper and crayons, markers, pencil, whatever you have. Be creative and don’t hold back! Once you see it, you can make steps to get it.
This is my visualization- frolicing in Paris for a few months a year, writing, teaching and soaking up everyday life in this amazing city.
Too many people live their lives in a reactive mode- let’s throw that out and become proactive! I want you to look at your spending and savings in a different way- put yourself in control of your money- not the other way around.
Are you with me?
What’s one small step you can take today?
